Sale & Return — seasonal We supply the season's stock with no payment up front. You settle for whatever has sold at the end of the season and we collect the rest. Top-up orders are paid before dispatch. Needs the same references, bank details and credit check as a credit account.

What you are agreeing to

These are the Sale & Return terms from our Universal Trade Account Agreement. Please read them before you apply.

The season normally runs March to August unless we agree different dates in writing.
We supply the stock with no payment up front. The opening order is up to £1,000 + VAT unless we specifically agree more.
We may raise an invoice when stock is supplied for stock-control purposes. That does not mean payment is due at that point.
Top-up stock is invoiced separately and is payable before dispatch.
At the end of the season you either pay for what is left — due 28 days from the final invoice — or we collect it. We cover the collection cost.
Returned plants must be healthy, saleable and in substantially the condition they were supplied in. Anything dead, diseased, damaged or missing is charged at the original supply price.
Stock must be kept in no less than one inch of water, in part shade / part sun, and kept saleable all season.
Crates stay our property and must come back. Returned stock must be grouped by type and presented tidily, or a handling charge applies.
