Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Mi Oya'

Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Mi Oya' is a stunning variety that stands out due to its striking reddish-brown to bronze-coloured leaves, creating a beautiful contrast with other green aquatic plants in the aquarium. Named after the Mi Oya River in Sri Lanka, this species thrives in a wide range of water conditions and can adapt easily to various aquarium setups. Its broad, wavy leaves give the plant a unique texture and make it perfect for filling out the midground area of an aquascape. Like other Cryptocoryne species, it may experience an initial "melt" phase when introduced to a new tank, but it will quickly recover and grow steadily over time. Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Mi Oya' adds a natural and dynamic touch to any aquascape while requiring minimal maintenance, making it a favorite among aquarists.
