Dryopteris erythrosora
£1.00
Dryopteris erythrosora, commonly known as autumn fern, is an evergreen fern with graceful, arching fronds that emerge bright coppery-red in spring before maturing to glossy dark green. Its finely divided, lacy foliage forms a neat, spreading clump, adding year-round colour and texture to shaded garden areas.
Although non-flowering, this fern provides shelter for small invertebrates and contributes to woodland biodiversity. Its low-maintenance habit and striking foliage make it ideal for shaded borders, woodland gardens, and underplanting beneath shrubs or trees.
